We teach you the techniques you need to stand your ground and move through life with confidence. You will learn to control distance and to guide your training partner with joint locks, throws and precise strikes. Become part of our martial arts family and of a warrior tradition.
Our training philosophy: “We train together – and everyone follows their own path at their own pace.” We work in small groups and our focus is on you. Your success in martial arts is our success.

Our stick techniques come from various Asian martial arts such as Eskrima, Kali, Kobudo and Arnis. Our goal is to practise them as realistically as possible – which is why sparring is an important part of training.
There are no scores and no points in our classes. We test ourselves in a friendly spirit, without a grim struggle for victory.
